Strength in Hope

Offering practical help and hope to leaders on the frontlines of ministry.

In January 2021, a Barna Group poll of North American Lead Pastors revealed that 28% of pastors had considered leaving the ministry in the wake of COVID. Just 9 months later, in October 2021, that number had risen to 38%. Your involvement is critical to ensure the emotional health and spiritual vitality of your pastor and ministry leaders.

When front-line leaders are healthy, supported, and encouraged, ministries thrive and God’s Kingdom is advanced.

According to the 2019 book “Missionary Burnout;”

    – 80% of missionaries burn out and don’t finish        their term.

    – 46% of missionaries have been diagnosed with a      psychological issue, and of those 87% are              diagnosed with depression.

Supporting ministers in their calling is vital in the advancement of God’s Kingdom. The enemy strategically  brings destruction to entire churches and communities by taking out the leaders.

Strength in Hope offers practical ways for churches to support and encourage their leaders.

Strength in Hope exists to come alongside weary “front line” ministry leaders offering encouragement, professional support, and practical help.
